Our
school can be located approx. 35kms from Darwin central in the Litchfield
Shire. The school population is drawn mainly from our priority
enrolment areas of Bees Creek and Virginia. We have an Out of School
Hours Care program which caters for working parents. The childcare
centre across the road works in well with our Preschool. Many parents
commute to Darwin
each day for work. The school was officially opened in 1997.
Our
classes are multi-level and cater for the diverse needs of our
students. We offer rich programs in Music and Physical Education as
well as maintaining a strong emphasis on development of Literacy and
Numeracy skills. We have a modern, dedicated Learning Centre designed
to facilitate specific programs catering for a range of individual
learning needs.
The
school’s buildings include:

3 general learning areas each housing 4 classes
surrounding a central withdrawal area

A double transportable accommodating 2 classes
·
A single transportable accommodating one class
·
A single unit preschool
·
A dedicated Learning Centre.
